Postpartum Doula Support

While welcoming new life into the world is an exciting time, it is also a time that can be met with feelings of uncertainty. As your postpartum doula, I will help you transition into the fourth trimester by providing evidence-based practices on newborn care techniques, assist with breast and bottle feeding, do light housekeeping and meal preparation, provide nursery organization tips, and provide unbiased emotional and physical support to help you thrive during this time.

My goal is to provide families and new moms with all the necessary tools and resources they need to feel confident, assured, and fully supported as they settle into the journey of parenthood.

Daytime Postpartum Doula Services are available for a rate of $40-$45 an hour.

Overnight postpartum doula support available for $45-$55 an hour.
