Birth Doula Basic Package

•Free Consultation: Let’s find out if we would work well together. You should feel safe, comfortable, and at ease with your doula. This casual meeting is a time for us to get to know each other, to go over what you hope to gain from having a doula, and for me to answer any questions you may have.

•Two in-depth birth envision prenatal visits: What does your ideal birth look like? What kind of environment do you envision for your labor and birth? What are some concerns or fears you may have about giving birth? Let’s go over various ways and comfort techniques backed by educational resources to help bring your ideal birth vision to life.

•A customized birth plan we will create together based on your wishes, concerns, and desires for your ideal birth.

•Consistent phone and chat support throughout your pregnancy. Once hired, I am available to answer all of your questions and do weekly check-ins with you.

•Access to evidence-based research, articles, and lists of various birth workers and resources available in your community.

•Labor and birth Support: I will be on call for you 24/7 three weeks before your due date for continuous, uninterrupted in-person support throughout your labor, birth, and two hours postpartum.

•One postpartum visit: An informal, casual meeting within the first three weeks after birth to go over your birth experience, check in on how you are transitioning into the fourth trimester, and help with chest feeding (if applicable), and to provide any additional resources that may be needed.

**Birth Doula Services are available for a flat rate. If my price is not feasible for you, I offer payment plans.
